Welcome to Vortex Studios. By accessing, using, or participating in any Vortex Studios game, website, community, or service, you agree to follow these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Vortex Studios services, you agree to these Terms of Service and any additional rules or guidelines posted by Vortex Studios.

2. About Vortex Studios

Vortex Studios is a game development studio focused on creating interactive experiences, games, and online communities.

These terms apply to all Vortex Studios projects, including games, websites, Discord servers, and other official platforms.

Users agree not to:

  • Exploit bugs or glitches for unfair advantages.
  • Use cheats, hacks, or unauthorized software.
  • Harass, threaten, or target other users.
  • Share inappropriate or harmful content.
  • Attempt to damage, disrupt, or interfere with Vortex Studios services.
  • Impersonate Vortex Studios staff or developers.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or files.

If you do not follow these rules, it may result in warnings, restrictions, or removal from Vortex Studios services.

4. Moderation and Enforcement

Vortex Studios reserves the right to moderate its communities and services. Actions may include:

  • Removing content.
  • Restricting access.
  • Removing users from communities.
  • Banning users from games or services.

Moderation decisions may be made to protect the safety and quality of the community.

5. Intellectual Property

All Vortex Studios names, logos, games, designs, assets, and original content belong to Vortex Studios unless stated otherwise. Users may not copy, redistribute, sell, or claim ownership of Vortex Studios content without permission.

6. User-Submitted Content

If users submit content, feedback, ideas, or suggestions to Vortex Studios, they allow Vortex Studios to use that information to improve its services.

Users remain responsible for the content they create and submit.

7. Third-Party Platforms

Vortex Studios may use third-party platforms such as game platforms, social media platforms, and communication services. Those platforms may have their own rules and terms that users must follow.

8. Changes to Services

Vortex Studios may update, modify, or discontinue parts of its services at any time. We may also update these Terms of Service when necessary.

Vortex Studios services are provided as available. We do not guarantee that services will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted.

10. Limitation of Responsibility

Vortex Studios is not responsible for losses, damages, or issues caused by misuse of our services or problems outside of our control.

Vortex Studios respects user privacy. Information collected through our services will only be used for purposes related to operating, improving, and protecting our services.

By using Vortex Studios services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.

14. Commission and Design Services (Asset Creation)

If you commission Vortex Studios or any of our developers for the creation of assets, liveries/textures, or models, the following terms apply in addition to the rest of this agreement.

§ 14.1 Payment Terms. A 50% deposit must be made before design work starts on commission assets. The remaining 50% must be paid in full before delivery of unwatermarked files or the final Asset ID.

§ 14.2 Effective Date Exception. These payment terms apply only to commission jobs beginning on or after September 8, 2026. Jobs begun before that date are exempt from the 50% deposit requirement and are subject to the original terms of this agreement.

§ 14.3 Copyright Ownership. All assets created by Vortex Studios shall have their copyrights owned by us. You receive permission or a license to use our assets in your game or server upon full payment of the commission.

Unpaid Work & Cancellations. Regardless of the status of the commission, work completed on any asset that remains unpaid is non-negotiable and non-refundable.

§ 14.4 DMCA Enforcement. Vortex Studios reserves the right to file a copyright takedown claim (via DMCA) on Roblox or any other platform regarding assets used without full payment.

15. Our Right

If you purchase one of our products, Vortex Studios™ reserves the right to revoke your license to the product.
